You don't pay anything upfront except for consultation, where you pay the full amount upfront. We ask you to book a treatment. If you fail to cancel within 48 hours of the treatment date, then we will charge you 2% of the treatment cost as processing fees. The treatment fees are to be paid directly to the concerned hospital as per their rules and regulations, but generally it is the trend that it is deposited just prior to the commencement of the treatment.

What if I decide to stay longer in India?

If you wish to stay longer, our administrative consultant will guide you for pleasure stay. They guide for various options such as rejuvenation, accommodation, journey in India to make your medical tourism in India pleasant.

How would I follow up with my surgeon in India after I come back home?

We provide a full record of discharge notes including details of the surgical procedure undertaken, X-rays, MRI scans etc from the Indian hospital to ensure the follow up care.  Our doctors in India can communicate with your local physician or specialist to ensure that everything is fine even after you go back.

I don't know anyone in India. I'm already ill. Then how am I to cope with travel, stay and surgery in India?

You really don't need to know anyone. If you can manage to reach the nearest airport, rest could be taken care of by the concerned hospital. Stay is generally in the hospital where all routine requirements are provided. Obviously for very ill patients some responsible next of keen has to be there.

How do I pay the costs of surgery?

All major hospitals are excepting major credit cards or money could be transferred through Western Union or Pay-Pal.

What if the treatment can not be carried out or does not give the expected results or goes wrong?

It is possible that the judgment differs and the treatment is judged not to be required or that the general health of a patient precludes treatment. In that case there will be a refund of 90% of the fees. If any treatment is offered to make the patient fit for the treatment or resuscitate the patient then it will be charged as actual. If the treatment does not work, as it happens at times, then there will not be any refund. If the treatment is judged to be substandard or negligent, though this should not happen, then the claim can be made against the concerned hospital or doctor. All our affiliates are fully insured.
